• This item is non-refundable. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions before or after your purchase, please reach out to me. Also, I invite you to please read the product description and store policies carefully before making your purchase.

• Just a note: There are color variations amongst monitors, printers, and types of print cartridges. There may be some variation in colors.
